Founder
Saeedeh Shahbazi, affectionately known as Nora, is a dedicated mother of two and a passionate Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. Her journey into manual therapy began after experiencing severe back pain, which led her to explore non-pharmacological treatments. Through this personal healing journey, she discovered the power of touch and manual techniques — a turning point that inspired her to dedicate her life to helping others find relief and balance naturally.After moving to Canada, Nora pursued her studies at the National Academy of Osteopathy, where she deepened her understanding of the human body and its innate ability to heal itself. She believes true wellness comes from treating the body as a whole, rather than focusing on symptoms alone.
Over the years, Nora noticed how many people hold stress in their jaw — leading to clenching, headaches, and TMJ dysfunction. She always loved incorporating massage-like techniques into her osteopathic treatments but wanted to learn how to approach the face more effectively. When she discovered Yakov’s Buccal Facial technique, she found it to be the perfect method to release deep facial tension.
Inspired by Yakov’s teachings and her own holistic understanding of the body, Nora went on to develop her unique method — Cranial Facial Osteopathy — a gentle, integrative approach designed to help people suffering from jaw tension, TMJ pain, and headaches by restoring balance throughout the entire body.
Today, Nora teaches Holistic Buccal Facial, her signature approach to facial and body balance. This method not only enhances facial lifting and rejuvenation, but also helps clients find harmony throughout their whole body and experience deep relaxation and well-being.
Through her treatments and teachings, Nora continues to empower others to experience a more harmonious connection between beauty, health, and inner peace.

Meghan’s path to acupuncture was anything but ordinary.
She began as a young dancer, learning early on how the body moves — and how it feels when it’s pushed too hard. Later, while working in the insurance industry, she experienced the other extreme: long hours, high stress, and the kind of burnout that creeps up quietly. Those experiences inspired her deep dive into health, wellness, and eventually, acupuncture.
Today, Meg blends both science and heart in her practice. She focuses on the long-term effects of stress — from muscle tension and digestive issues to hormonal imbalances and premature aging. Her approach is gentle yet deeply restorative, helping patients feel balanced, resilient, and at home in their bodies.
A Registered Acupuncturist with the CCHPBC and a UBC graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Meghan brings a thoughtful, whole-person perspective to every treatment. Her goal is simple: to help each patient find their own version of feeling well — inside and out.
