    Nora Shahbazi is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner who has always been drawn to gentle yet effective approaches to healing. The Story Behind Holistic Buccal Facial Technique and Osteopathy

From the beginning, I believed that truly effective treatments should address the entire body, not just isolated parts. This holistic approach shaped my practice. I also felt that treatments should be gentle, taking place in a relaxed environment to enhance the body’s natural response.

However, I realized that my practice was missing something—the face and skull. I wanted to extend my holistic methods to this area but needed the right techniques. This gap was filled when I discovered Yakov's methods, which opened my eyes to new possibilities. With this inspiration, I began to develop my approach, combining insights from Osteopathy, sculptural face lifting, and my own philosophy of healing. This led to the creation of the Cranial Facial technique.

Understanding the unique needs of different practitioners, I decided to create two courses: one tailored for bodyworkers and aestheticians, and another called Cranial Facial Osteopathy for manual osteopaths and other practitioners seeking to expand their skills. Each course is designed to convey the principles and techniques that form the foundation of these methods.
